Akinsanya Niyi is the Managing Partner of Doxix Consult, a prominent firm specialising in professional tax and financial services. With over 15 years of comprehensive, technically experience in finance, business analysis, and fiscal policy. He holds elite professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant (FCA), Chartered Tax Advisor (FCTI), and Chartered Economist (CE).
His expertise spans the critical intersection of finance and regulation, with core competencies in: Advanced Tax Planning & Advisory, Financial & Corporate Reporting, Audit Management &Defence, Financial Management & Control, Legislative & Fiscal Policy Reform.
In his consulting capacity, He has averted significant liabilities by successfully defending FIRS Tax Audits in the last 4 years and saved clients over N2 Billion in assessed tax audit liabilities, in Strategic Tax Planning, implemented proactive, legally compliant tax strategies to optimise client structures and operations that Achieved verifiable savings exceeding N10 billion through expert tax planning.
He served as the State Coordinator for the FCDO and EU-funded Flexible Facility project,implemented by Adam Smith International in four states of Jigawa, Katsina, Zamfara, and Kogi.
In this key role, he directly managed the process for the collation, harmonisation, and successfulpassage of unified Tax Laws at the state and local government levels across the state. This high-profile legislative work demonstrates his unparalleled understanding of Nigeria’s fiscalenvironment and commitment to structural reform.

Latif Adebiyi is a highly accomplished Senior Partner at Doxix Consult, bringing over 25 years of exceptional experience in tax advisory, regulatory compliance, and corporate law. He is recognised as a leading expert in his field, blending profound technical knowledge with strategic insight gained from both the public and private sectors.
He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Barrister-at-Law (BL), in addition to a BSc and MSc in Accounting and Business Administration from prestigious Universities in Lagos, underpinning his ability to merge financial, legal, and business perspectives. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (FCA)and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (FCTI), affirming his status among the top-tier professionals in the Nigerian finance and tax industry.
Core Expertise includes providing sophisticated tax planning, optimisation, and structuring for diverse corporate and individual clients, offering expert legal counsel on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters, representing clients effectively in negotiations, appeals, and complex tax assessments, and guiding businesses through the intricate Nigerian regulatory landscape, ensuring adherence to the latest tax laws and policies.
Latif built a distinguished career at the Lagos State Internal Revenue Service (LIRS), where he rose to the esteemed position of Deputy Director. This tenure provides him with invaluable, firsthand knowledge of tax administration, policy implementation, and regulatory enforcement.
Before joining Doxix Consult, he served as a Principal Consultant at Adebiyi Adegbenro & Co., advising a wide range of clients and significantly contributing to the firm’s growth and reputation.
Latif’s dual expertise as a tax specialist and corporate legal expert ensures that Doxix Consult clients receive comprehensive, integrated solutions that are both legally sound and fiscally optimised. Zaro Melchizedeck is a partner at Dox’ix Consults. He has over a decade of experience in legal practice, focusing on all types of litigation ranging from civil, criminal and commercial law. He is also experienced in arbitration and corporate law practice. As an experienced lawyer, with a demonstrated history and knowledge, his responsibilities include Researching, Negotiating, Advising, Management, and Consulting

Adenipekun, Omotayo Comfort. FCA & FCTI

A Chartered Accountant, she is a graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado – Ekiti and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

A seasoned Auditor working with Kola Olatunde & Co Chartered Accountants, an accounting packages programmer, she has experience in Computer programming, networking and implementation & effective trail through various accounting packages and software, Omotayo is a trained trainer in accounting packages. She is a key member of our management team.

Gabriel Tokula, ACA, AAT, ACTI.

Gabriel is an intelligent and vibrant auditor with keen interest in technology-based audit. His greatest point of strength is in creative thinking, analytical problem solving, time management, task prioritization, utmost determination, flair for professionalism, result – oriented and multi – tasking ability. His utmost goal has always been to work in cordial relationship with client to enhance clear thinking translating to solving complex business problems.

He is Chartered Accountant and an associate of Accounting Technicians of West Africa, has track success record in both non-governmental organization (NGO) and private companies audit assignments.

He has led a team that successfully managed over 1000 Personal Income Tax (PAYE inclusive) filing in various IRS, including, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Brono and Enugu, also defended queries raised.

Omojuyigbe, Sunday, ACA, ACTI

A graduate of Economics from the University of Abuja, a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a member of Accounting Technicians West Africa (ATSWA) and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He has put in dedicated years of service with Auditing firm, where he started as a trainee and climbed the professional ladder to the position of senior Audit staff. He has on several cases co-investigated fraud and carries out corporate reformation. He has served and gained experience in several industries- service, construction, mining, not-for-profit making to mention a few.
He is a seasoned Auditor, a Lecturer of Financial Account and Statistics with some publications to his credit. He has over time cut his teeth in ensuring efficiency and customer’s satisfaction in Tax Planning and Value Added Audit.
He is a valued and senior member of our management.

Safiyanu is an intellectual and detail-focused Compliance Officer, dedicated to facilitating organizational growth through rigorous regulatory adherence. He excels at developing timely, integrated compliance strategies, leveraging his strong analytical abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving. His passion lies in building efficient systems to ensure seamless and flawless compliance delivery.
As a holder of a degree in Public Administration and an expert navigator of Microsoft Excel, he possesses the foundational knowledge and technical skills to efficiently manage complex data. He is poised to obtain critical compliance certifications, including NSITF, ITF, BPP, TCC, and Pencom.
He spearheaded a compliance automation project using advanced Excel functions, which reduced the average processing time for regulatory filings by 30% and significantly improved the accuracy of submissions.

Olatunbosun Emmanuel Inioluwa is a dedicated and forward-thinking tax and audit professional with strong interest in leveraging technology to enhance audit efficiency and tax compliance processes. He is known for his analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, excellent time management, task prioritization, and a high level of professionalism. His commitment to producing quality results, combined with his multi-tasking capability and determination, positions him as a valuable contributor to any team or engagement.

Emmanuel is currently progressing in his professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant, with five papers remaining to complete the program. Despite being early in his career journey, he has demonstrated competence and reliability across various assignments.

He has actively assisted in managing over 50 companies Annual Company Income Tax (CIT) filings, including the coordination and successful processing of Tax Clearance Certificates (TCCs) for multiple clients across different tax jurisdictions. His ability to work collaboratively with clients, maintain cordial professional relationships, and provide clear, informed support has consistently contributed to improved compliance outcomes and seamless tax administration processes.
