Akinsanya, ‘Niyi O, FCA, FCTI, Msc (Econ)

‘Niyi is a well-grounded, technically proficient financial and business consultant. His Accounting and Financial experience span Financial Reporting, Auditing, Taxation planning and Financial Management with very well-developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills, He is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Advisor and Chartered Economist.

He is a professional of distinct qualities with over 15 years hands on experience, a financial management and tax consultant to many Organizations, Companies, Businesses and Associations.

‘Niyi was state coordinator in flexible facility team that ensure, collation, Harmonisation and passage of the Harmonised Tax laws both at state and Local government wide level in Jigawa, Katsina, Zamfara and Kogi states. The project was funded by DFID and EU, implemented by Adam Smith International.  

Within the last 4 years, he has led teams to successfully defend FIRS Tax Audit that averted tax audit liability that is over Two Billion Naira (N2Bilion) and saved over Ten Billion Naira (N10Bilion) through Tax planning.  He also lectured at ICAN and ACCA tuition centres.

Adegbenro, Adebiyi L. FCA, CITN

He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He is highly experienced tax/ legal expert including with over 25years experience in Lagos State Internal Revenue Service where he rose to the position of Deputy Director. He also contributed to the success of Adebiyi Adegbenro & Co before joining the Dox’ix Consult.

Lateef holds a BSc Degree in Law, BSc and MSc Degree in Accounting and Business Administration all from the University of Lagos,

Zaro Melchizedeck ESq, LLB, LLM

Zaro Melchizedeck is a partner at Dox’ix Consults. He has over a decade of experience in legal practice, focusing on all types of litigation ranging from civil, criminal and commercial law. He is also experienced in arbitration and corporate law practice. As an experienced lawyer, with a demonstrated history and knowledge, his responsibilities include Researching, Negotiating, Advising, Management, and Consulting

Zaro has worked as a Mediator on several commercial and civil matters

Adenipekun, Omotayo Comfort. ACA, ACTI, MAC

A Chartered Accountant, she is a graduate of Accounting from Federal Polytechnic Ado – Ekiti and a member of the Nigeria Institute of Management.

A seasoned Auditor working with Kola Olatunde & Co Chartered Accountants, an accounting packages programmer, she has experience in Computer programming, networking and implementation & effective trail through various accounting packages and software, Omotayo is a trained trainer in accounting packages. She is a key member of our management team.

Gabriel Tokula, ACA, AAT, ACTI.

Gabriel is an intelligent and vibrant auditor with keen interest in technology-based audit. His greatest point of strength is in creative thinking, analytical problem solving, time management, task prioritization, utmost determination, flair for professionalism, result – oriented and multi – tasking ability. His utmost goal has always been to work in cordial relationship with client to enhance clear thinking translating to solving complex business problems.

He is Chartered Accountant and an associate of Accounting Technicians of West Africa, has track success record in both non-governmental organization (NGO) and private companies audit assignments.

He has led a team that successfully managed over 1000 Personal Income Tax (PAYE inclusive) filing in various IRS, including, Lagos, Kano, Kaduna, Brono and Enugu, also defended queries raised.

Adebiyi Y Adeyemi DipAcct, AAT.

Yemi is a diligent, vibrant, fast growing Management Accountant with adequate experience in the field. His love for numbers had been his key interest in management accounting which also facilitates his interest in Financial Statement analysis specifically in areas that explore how effectively and efficiently Management can utilize the resources at their disposal.

He is an alumni of Olabisi Onabanjo University and a member of Association of Accounting Technicians West Africa (AATWA). 

Florence Damilola Olatunbosun BSc, ACA.

Dami is a Tax Enthusiast, studied Management and Accounting in Obafemi Awolowo University, she became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, she also a member of the Association of Accounting Technician West Africa.

During her training at the Bank of Agriculture, she assisted in seeing the successfully implementation of the Auchor Borrowers Programme in various states, she also assisted in monitoring the Financial Performance of Bank of Agriculture Rural Business Initiative (BoARBI).  she has expertly demonstrated great communication and interpersonal skills during group project.

Emily Kalu BSc

Emily is a result-driven, bright young lady who is passionate about accounting, taxation and finance. She possesses good analytical and decision-making skills, is sincere and dedicated to her job and a committed team player. She holds a BSc in Accounting and is a certified project management professional.

Her strengths include adaptability, excellent communication skills and leadership. She is enthusiastic about doing new things, loves to read books and absolutely enjoys being around children.

Omojuyigbe, Sunday, ACA, ACTI

A graduate of Economics from the University of Abuja, a professional member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), a member of Accounting Technicians West Africa (ATSWA) and Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria.
He has put in dedicated years of service with Auditing firm, where he started as a trainee and climbed the professional ladder to the position of senior Audit staff. He has on several cases co-investigated fraud and carries out corporate reformation. He has served and gained experience in several industries- service, construction, mining, not-for-profit making to mention a few.
He is a seasoned Auditor, a Lecturer of Financial Account and Statistics with some publications to his credit. He has over time cut his teeth in ensuring efficiency and customer’s satisfaction in Tax Planning and Value Added Audit.
He is a valued and senior member of our management.
